- Handling of local authority submissions for building approvals and permits.
- Options to select from existing designs or develop custom bungalow plans.
3. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Transparent Quotation
- Preparation of a professional BOQ detailing all materials, labour, and construction stages.
- Clear, itemized quotation with options for phased/milestone-based flexible payments.

4. Site Preparation & Groundwork
- Site clearance, setting out/pegging, and excavation of trenches.
- Soil testing (if required) and ground compacting.
- Installation of concrete strip footings and reinforced foundation walls.
- Damp proofing, termite protection, and plastic sheeting laid before slab pour.
5. Concrete Slab Casting
- Layered compaction of hardcore base and anti-termite treatment.
- Reinforced steel mesh placed and concrete slab poured, vibrated, and levelled.
- Proper curing period observed to prevent cracking and enhance durability.
